What Theaimart is, how publishing and app review work, and what AIx and ADX do.
Theaimart is a company building three connected products for AI software: the Theaimart AI App Store, where developers publish apps and people find them; AIx, an OpenAI-compatible API for AI models; and ADX, an advertising exchange that lets apps and websites earn from ads. Each product can be used on its own.
It is a marketplace for AI software. The website lists reviewed apps by category, each with its developer, platforms and pricing. Web apps open in the browser; native apps are installed through the desktop AI App Store, which is available for Windows and Linux.
Native apps that developers have published for Android, Windows, macOS or Linux, and AI agent workflow files for automation platforms such as n8n. Native apps are installed through the desktop AI App Store. Web apps are not downloaded: their listing links to the developer’s site.
Sign in, open the creator dashboard and choose to upload a native app, a web app or an agent workflow. You add a name, description, category, icon, screenshots and either the builds or the web address, then submit. The listing is created as pending and becomes public once it is approved.
A native listing can include builds for Android (.apk or .aab), Windows (.exe or .msi), macOS (.dmg or .pkg) and Linux (.deb, .rpm, .AppImage or .tar.gz). A web app listing points to a hosted site instead. One listing can carry builds for several platforms.
Yes. There is no fee to submit or list an app. Listings are free for users unless they are in the Premium Models category, where the developer sets a price in US dollars. Developer verification badges can be earned or, optionally, bought; they are not required to publish.
Every uploaded build is checked on the server: its file type is verified from the file’s contents, it is scanned for malware with VirusTotal (the result is shown on the listing), and its SHA-256 checksum is recorded. New listings stay pending until an administrator approves them, and approving a build whose scan has not finished requires a recorded override. Theaimart can also remove or restrict a listing later under its Terms. Approval is not a guarantee about a third-party app, so read the listing and the developer’s privacy policy before installing.
Builds are stored in private storage, not at a public address. When you install an app, the desktop AI App Store requests a short-lived download link from Theaimart, which checks that you are entitled to the app (for paid listings, that you bought it), and verifies the file’s checksum before installing.
AIx is Theaimart’s API for AI models. It accepts the same request format as the OpenAI API for chat, image, speech and embedding models from several providers, routes each request to an available provider, and bills usage from one prepaid balance. Existing OpenAI SDK code works by changing the base URL and API key.
ADX is Theaimart’s advertising exchange. Publishers — the owners of apps and websites — add ad placements and earn from them; advertisers create campaigns that run in those placements.
Yes, for supported environments. ADX provides SDKs and tags for websites, Android, iOS, Flutter, React Native, Unity, Node, Python and Rust. You register the app or site as a publisher, integrate the matching SDK and configure placements. ADX is separate from the AI App Store: an app does not need to be listed on Theaimart to use it.
Connections are encrypted (TLS). API keys and embed keys are stored only as one-way hashes, and card details are handled by Razorpay or PayPal and never reach Theaimart’s servers. Your account, purchases, wallet and dashboard data are visible only to you — and to administrators when needed for support, security or legal reasons. Anything you publish (listings, your developer profile, reviews, release notes) is public and may be indexed by search engines.
Theaimart does not sell personal data. To run an AI feature, the text you submit is sent to the model provider that serves the request (for example through AIx), which processes it under its own terms. Theaimart’s servers do not write your prompts or AI responses into their logs. The service providers used for sign-in, storage, email and payments are named in the Privacy Policy.
Yes, from Settings. Deleting your account removes your sign-in, API and embed keys, webhooks and personal data (profile, AI memory, history, favorites, drafts) and signs you out on every device. Records that must be kept by law — payments, purchases, invoices, wallet ledger and tax forms — are retained; apps you published stay available to people who bought them, and reviews you wrote are kept without your name.
It depends on the feature. A one-off AI response is returned to you and not kept. Features whose purpose is to remember — your AI memory profile, scheduled-agent results and results an app chooses to cache — are stored in your account until you delete them or the account. Calls through the AIx API are recorded as usage (model, token counts, cost and time) without the prompt or response text.
